3rd times a charm!

I knew I was in a good spot when I started getting 12-16s on the e-Trac. They are always the old style Ring Tabs... Nice hunt today netting 1941 and 1953 Washington Quarters. I also got a 1934 Buffalo Nickel, and a Silver ring with Amethyst. Also 9 Wheats (1917, 23, 24, 25, 42, 45, 51, 52, 53) And a Canadian 1964 Cent.

2nd time out, not so great

First time out for 2015

The ground is still rock hard in a LOT of spots, but we hit the side of a hill where the snow had thawed in a lot of spots. I found a 1943 War Nickle and a few clad coins...My Buddy Kevin found a Mercury Dime and a few clad coins...Not a bad start for the year...

New Year Starts this Weekend for me

My Buddy Kevin will be back in town for a month as of this weekend. We at least hope to hunt the woods, but hopefully the ground will be thawed out enough to dig. Will let you all know how it goes... HH,
